I’m having trouble accessing my price files or they are showing up incorrectly, who do I need to talk to?

Where do I find the Dealer Price Guide (DPG)?

The DPG is available on the ‘Products’ tab under the ‘Product Updates’ page.

How do I access myMarketing?

VOW’s myMarketing service is no longer available and has transitioned to inControl Marketing or to your dealer group. Please speak to your VOW contact for more information.

How do I register for the Online Store?

When I attempt to register for a portal login it tells me my ‘Account Number is Invalid’. What should I do?

This message is often displayed when a number of administrator users are already set up on an account number. Administrator users have the ability to add subsequent users to an account without having to register them; this is done through the ‘My Account’ function. If you are unaware of your administrator or require further help with registration process please contact get in touch with your VOW contact.

When I try to login it tells me my user login is locked out. What does this mean?

For security reasons when a password is entered incorrectly five times it will lock the user out of the system. Please contact get in touch with your VOW contact with your login details and account number to get the user login unlocked.

Can I change the email address linked to my login?

To change the email address for your voweurope.com login please contact get in touch with your VOW contact with you current login details and your account number.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password you can click the ‘forgot your password’ link on the ‘User Login’ screen. You will be prompted to enter your email address and if this is linked to an active user account a reset password email will be sent to this address. Please click here to reset your password . If you have any problems using this function or do not receive the reset password email please contact get in touch withyour VOW contact.

How to I keep up to date with important information?

You can keep up to date with both marketing and business critical information by opting in to our email communications via VOWCommsOptIn. You may opt out of this service at any time. You can also follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn by searching for VOW Wholesale.
