INTERACTION
INTERACTION is a pan-European alliance of office products and stationery wholesalers, covering 20 countries so far. The purpose of this formal accord, is to exchange data and ideas for best practice and to co-ordinate the purchasing of special groups of products in order to achieve competitive, broad and economical distribution to all member companies and customers.

With all these member countries involved, it is important to ensure a balance among the alliance. INTERACTION elects a Chairman from among its members every two years, with the current Chairman being Richard Scharmann of PBS-Holding. In addition to this there is a Purchasing Committee responsible for selection and sourcing, which work alongside the committees for marketing, and logistics.
Of key importance to the Interaction alliance is the own brand of products, named Q-Connect, which increases customer choice and supplements what is available in manufacturer brands. Use of the Q-Connect brand name and products is only available to Interaction members. It currently covers over 50 product groups and represents more than 1,500 SKU's, making it a strong brand in its own right.
