Wherever possible all goods are purchased directly from the manufacturer to maximise the potential sales through the Wholesaler/Dealer channel as well as the marketing and training support made available by these suppliers
Due to the fast moving nature of this market VOW introduce new products and pricing on a monthly basis, ensuring that the dealer can offer the most up to date product and price to their customer.
Publications
To support the dealer in selling machines VOW produce a quarterly publication called Byte Back.
Distribution
Machines are held in depth at the Arrow Distribution Centre to fulfil most order sizes. Goods are then sent overnight by trunker to the nearest VOW branch for free of charge onward delivery using the radial vehicle fleet at the specified delivery time.
