Customer Sales and Service Centre (CSSC)

Customer satisfaction is paramount to VOW, with this in mind we have taken the decision to improve the way we handle customer queries and internal sales by centralising our resource into one national customer service and sales centre.

Centralising enables us to ensure that our service proposition is consistent and effective, to provide you with a speedy way to purchase and raise queries.

To enable us to track and trace queries we will be making some advances in the way we monitor customer queries in August 09.

Our plans can however only be achieved if we standardise our process and procedures that thereby ensure that all of our customers receive the consistently good service experience that is expected from VOW.
