We’ve made the most frequently visited areas of the website easier and quicker to access with direct links on the homepage to:

  1. Promotions
  2. Online Store
  3. Track n’ Trace
  4. Online Catalogue
  5. myMarketing
  6. VOW your documents (e-commerce documents)


7. What's New:  Also on the homepage, like the current website, we have a news section under What’s New, which will feature press releases and important company information. 

8. Get Involved:  New to the homepage we have added a new section called Get Involved, this will feature the details on current promotions, customer surveys, upcoming events and any other bits of information we want the customer to be involved with.




To make navigation around the site easier, we have created new tabs:


The Home tab provides easy and quick access to the homepage.  No matter where you are in the website, click on the Home tab and you will be redirected to the homepage.  

About Us

The About Us tab features more information about the company then was previously available including a summation of Who We Are, our Vision, Mission & Values, updated Company History and Awards, Leadership page with a brief history about the senior management team, updated information on our Locations, VOW’s Corporate Policies, Recruitment details, and information on our involvement in the BOSS Federation.


The Services tab features information on the 4 main categories of services we provide:
Marketing (Promotions, VOWdigicat, VOWPrint, Email Marketing, Dealer Design, Publications and Mailer Program)
Delivery Services (Wrapide and Pick, Wrap and Label)
e-Commerce (Electronic Ordering, Online Store and Smooth-e)
Business Development (PACT and Specials) 


The Products tab has a brief description on the main product categories we carry.  Also included is the previous Products Update page which includes the weekly updated New and Discontinued List.

Supplier Info

The Supplier Info tab is the same information suppliers had access to on the previous website, just in a new location. 

Contact Us

The Contact Us tab has expanded to ensure you can find the contact information you need for the department you are looking for.  With a telephone and email address (when available) for each department, you will now have direct access to the people they want faster and easier.  We have also provided contact details for each member of the sales team, broken down by region, providing you a contact number and email address.  


The myVOW tab will be launched in 2011, it will feature a customer portal where web users will have access to self-service CSSC issues (arrange a collection, report a shortage, query a products stock levels or a price query), download copies of financial summaries (statements, invoices, credits and PODs) and much more.   This area will be rolled out in phases with new features being added in waves.  We will provide you with more information on myVOW closer to the launch.




On the pages within each category, we have added a box called Additional Resources.  If there are additional downloads, documents, web links, images or other information that relates to the content of that page, a box will appear with these resources featured in a list for easier identification and quicker access.  If there are no resources available, the box will not appear.
