VOW Venture Programme Launched

VOW has formally launched its enhanced partner accreditation programme VOW Venture to its reseller partners. Developed in order to better meet the changing needs of the industry, the VOW Venture Programme has clearly defined tiers, namely: Venture Red, Venture Gold and Venture Diamond. The tier a reseller partner will sit in will depend on a set of different criteria and accreditation levels. Each tier will also have its respective partner development forum.

Defined as a progressive programme that is designed to help VOW’s resellers grow, just some of the commercial benefits accessible by reseller partners include a logistics audit, acquisition support and access to the Channel Management Programme. Resellers will also be able to take advantage of fixed prices on contract lines and discounts on services. VOW Venture partners will further benefit from a portfolio of Managed Business Services coupled with the combined expertise of business development specialists to help them grow new and profitable income streams. They will also have access to a commercially attractive benefits programme that rewards and recognises effort and loyalty.

Martin Weedall, VOW’s National Sales Director, explains: “VOW Venture was developed in order to better meet the changing needs of our VOW reseller partners. By repositioning our “one size fits all” VOW+ Programme to VOW Venture, a multi-tiered loyalty reward programme, we are able to drive more engagement through clear and targeted messages and deliver real value through tailored benefits, tools and services. VOW Venture has to motivate and excite its partners by delivering real value and a superior partner experience.”

“The VOW Venture programme encourages and facilitates two-way dialogue between VOW and its partners within each of VOW Venture’s three tiers; this ongoing collaboration will be vital in shaping the tools and services of the future. Additionally, as resellers’ businesses grow and diversify, our partners will graduate up the tier structure to gain access to increasing and wider levels of benefit and support.”

Martin adds, “Since we launched the original programme, our VOW+ partners have continued to achieve year on year growth. We wanted to ensure that this benchmark continues by proactively presenting interesting opportunities and ideas for growth through our VOW Venture programme.
By providing our reseller partners with the tools and services they need, we’re not only engaging with them in a progressive way, but also encouraging two-way communication and transparency, which is a vital aspect of the programme.

Some of the business services available via the VOW Venture Programme include: PACT, LaunchPad, Secure Shredding, Hydration Systems, Records Information Management, Vehicle Leasing and HR advice. VOW is also working with new organisations such as Virgin Wines to give VOW Venture partners even more added value to pass on to their customers.
