Adrian began in the industry at Neville and Gladstone in 1992 in Telesales, from there he held several positions in Account Management, as a Regional Sales Manager, Regional Director, Sales Director and now Managing Director as the company formed into Kingfield, Kingfield Heath and then VOW. Adrian now oversees all of the operations at VOW. In his time with the company, Adrian has received an award for Regional Sales Manager of the year and a Long Service award for his years at the company. Adrian currently sits on the Main Operating Board for VOW.

Helen began in the Merchandising Department at VOW in 1999. She later transferred to the Marketing Department in 2003 as Marketing Manager then Head of Marketing and finally Marketing Director in 2008, at which time Helen also joined the VOW Management Board. She is responsible for the redesign of all VOW mailers and catalogues, the rebranding of the merged Kingfield Heath & ISA Wholesale to VOW and the launch of the Compatible Consumables Club. In 2012 Helen assumed her new role of Business Development and Marketing Director.

Ian entered the Office Products industry in 1989 as an Account Manager for Woods Stationers later leaving to start his own dealership in Devon. After gaining this invaluable firsthand experience Ian joined Spicers as an Account Manager quickly working his way up through the business becoming National Account Manager and eventually Regional Sales Manager in the Midlands and North.
In November 2010 Ian joined VOW as Regional Sales Manager for the South and was promptly promoted to the new role of Regional Director where he currently manages the Field Sales Team responsible for the Southwest of England. Ian has also recently accepted the prestigious position of Chairman of Southwest Area BOSS Federation.

Martin started working for Kingfield in 1992 as a Transport Supervisor. He progressed through the company with promotions to Operations Manger, then Regional Sales Manager and eventually Regional Director. Martin now manages VOW's Sales Team in the North of England. Since joining the sales team, Martin has been responsible for the migration of key customers to VOW from major competitors, as well as successfully creating sales and marketing plans for countless customers.

Paul Nicholson kicked off his career in office products in 1999. From this time to present Paul has developed a wealth of knowledge of the OP market attained through a number of sales management roles. Whilst working full time Paul attained a 1st honours degree in Business Management from Leeds University in 2006. Joining VOW in 2010 Paul has responsibility for the success of our National Contract Reseller and Supplies Delivery Solutions channels.
Nikki joined ISA Retail in 1990 as a junior member of the sales team and her hard working and dedicated approach to delivering fantastic service helped her rapidly progress into Sales Management. Over the next 21 years Nikki brought her wide skill set to all facets of the Vasanta Group focusing on Training and Development and was heavily involved in the creation of the highly successful Sales Academy for foundation telesales skills.
In 2011 Nikki became Channel Director at VOW and plays a major role in ensuring VOW continues to exceed the expectations of all our customers.

Steve began working in the office supplies industry in 1984 after completing the Debenhams management training scheme. He began his wholesale career with Neville and Gladstone in 1990 and his path to VOW begun with the merger of Neville & Gladstone and John Heath in 1994. Since then he’s held various management positions within the commercial and sales teams of VOW gaining extensive management skills. Today Steve looks after and oversees VOW's relationships with all Dealer Groups.

Karen began working in the industry in 1986. She has sales and managerial experience working for Manufacturers, Stationery Dealers, Contract Stationers, and Distributors and most recently with a Wholesaler as she joined VOW in 2010. Before joining VOW, Karen held the position of Sales Director at Westcoast Limited (formerly XMA). In her career, Karen has found it mutually beneficial to approach rapport building with customers by listening, understanding and fulfilling their needs to achieve sustainable growth for everyone.

Ashley joined Kingfield in 1994 as a Telesales Operator; in her first 11 years with the company, she received several promotions including Sales Office Manager to Account Manager to Sales Manager. In 2007, Ashley was promoted to Regional Director of Ireland, shortly following her promotion she oversaw the transition of VOW's Irish dealers from the regional warehouse to Ireland's new distribution centre, IDC. Ashley has continually shown her tireless commitment to the resellers and as such she has received several awards for her outstanding achievements at VOW. In 2003 she received Account Manager of the year and twice she received Regional Sales Manager of the year in 2005 and 2006.
Regional Director North and Scotland
Stephen joined VOW in 2005 as Account Manager for the North East Resellers. Stephen’s ambitious approach to sales and his hands-on attitude in supporting his customers quickly led to his promotion to Business Development Manager for the North Sales Team. Since his start at VOW, Stephen has grown the sales in his territory substantially and has been responsible for the switch of several key accounts. His dedication and hard work has not only earned him Account Manager of the Year at VOW 3 times but Stephen was also promoted to Regional Director for the North and Scotland in February 2013.

Louise entered the Office Products Industry in 1989 where she held various roles over the years before coming to VOW in 2010 as Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands. As a result of the dedication she showed to her customers, Louise was promoted to Regional Director for the Midlands and East Anglia in September 2011. Today, Louise continues to make important contributions to VOW within her regional role.

Mia started her career in the Office Products Industry at the Little Red Book Company as a telesales executive in 1991. After the acquisition of Little Red Book by Supplies Team in 1997, Mia quickly progressed through the ranks building up a comprehensive knowledge base specializing in EOS, margin management, the SME marketplace and the corporate arena. In August 2011, Mia accepted the new position of Regional Director South East at VOW bringing over 20 years of invaluable experience to the sales team.

Chris started his career in the Facilities Supplies industries as a Key Account Manager at Spot on Supplies in 1997. His dedication and hard work was quickly noticed and he was recruited by Bunzl. In 2004, Chris then joined Avanti Cleaning to setup their Reseller Company in support of their existing business. After a very successful launch, Chris was welcomed back at Bunzl where he was promoted to Territory Account Manager and supported in Branch Management. Chris’ customer centric approach won him ‘Sales Person of the Year’ in 2010. In April 2013, Chris joined VOW as Regional Director for the South West and brings with him his expertise and extensive knowledge in FS.
