Christmas Trading Arrangements 2015/16

 

We would like to inform you of our trading arrangements for the 2015/16 Christmas and New Year period:

VOW’s head office in Sheffield will close at 1:00pm on Thursday 24th December, re-opening on Monday 4th January 2016

England and Wales:

• Final orders for 2015 can be placed on Wednesday 23rd December and will be delivered on Thursday 24th December (morning only)
• Orders placed after 6pm on Wednesday 23rd December will be delivered on Tuesday 5th January 2016
• Wrapide: Orders placed on Wednesday 23rd December will be delivered on Thursday 24th December and any order placed after 6pm on Wednesday 23rd December will be delivered on Tuesday 5th January.
• The sales and customer service office will close at 1:00pm on Thursday 24th December,
re-opening on Monday 4th January 2016

Scotland:

• Final orders for 2015 can be placed on Wednesday 23rd December and will be delivered on Thursday 24th December (morning only)
• Orders placed after 6pm on Wednesday 23rd December will be delivered on Tuesday 5th January 2016
• Wrapide: Orders placed on Wednesday 23rd December will be delivered on Thursday 24th December and any order placed after 6pm on Wednesday 23rd December will be delivered on Tuesday 5th January 2016
• The Sales and Customer service office will close at 1:00pm on Thursday 24th December,
re-opening on Monday 4th January 2016

Ireland:

• Final orders placed on Wednesday 23rd December will be delivered Thursday 24th (morning only) if customer premises are open. Alternatively if customers premises are closed on Thursday 24th, the next delivery will be attempted on Tuesday 5th January.
• The sales office will close at 5:00pm on Wednesday 23rd December, re-opening on Monday 4th January 2016.
• The customer service office will close at 1:00pm on Thursday 24th December,
re-opening on Monday 4th January 2016.

As is normal during the first few days of January we anticipate a significant increase in the volume of orders received and processed by our warehouses. We will of course ensure we have the necessary resources across all areas of our business; however we ask that if possible, to support the volume of orders being processed, please feed your orders through to us continuously throughout the day if feasible.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the volume of orders does not adversely affect your delivery times, we may experience some delays and we would ask for your patience and support during the initial trading days in January.
