VOW Cup Win For Whittakers

 

Spectacular summer sales have seen Whittaker Office Supplies win the grand prize in the VOW Cup 2014 Tournament.

Sponsored by Brother, VOW’s football themed competition saw resellers compete to win a full, branded football kit and training equipment for a local youth team of their choice by selling the most Brother hardware and consumables before and during the World Cup in Brazil.

By achieving the biggest increase in Brother sales during the promotional period, Loughborough-based Whittakers has been able to give local team Breaston Park Football Club Under 9s a set of 15 full youth kits branded with the Whittakers logo and a comprehensive training kit including ten FIFA quality match balls, space markers and cones, 15 reversible mesh bibs and drink bottles.

Whittakers’ Managing Director Nick Whittaker: “When VOW laid down the gauntlet we were determined to pull out all the stops. My son plays for Breaston Park FC and it’s an excellent community club. Since it was established in 2007 it has grown to include eight squads from reception age to Under 11s and now has 11 FA-approved coaches. The new kits look superb and the children are blown away by them.

“We enjoyed taking part in the VOW Cup and showing that Whittakers has its own winning streak.”
