Managed Print Services (MPS)
MPS is a new added value service from VOW available exclusively to VOW+ Resellers.
Managed Print Services are the assessment, optimisation and proactive management of the print environment, delivered by a provider under a contracted service level agreement. In simple terms, it’s a move away from transactional sales of consumables towards a monthly contracted fee, including consumables, hardware and engineering support.
MPS presents a fantastic sales opportunity to gain an increasing share of existing customers and to win new business whilst locking out competitors who are increasingly and aggressively targeting your customers.

Secure Shredding
VOW’s Secure Shredding service offers VOW+ Resellers the opportunity to offer their customers secure off-site destruction of confidential data in line with the Data Protection Act 1998, in partnership with the UK and Ireland’s largest off-site data destruction organisation, Iron Mountain.
Secure Shredding is a great selling tool for generating additional sales within your existing customer base, strengthening your current client relations, and defending business against competitors’ solutions.
Water Coolers
VOW’s Water Coolers solution, powered by Water Coolers Direct, enables VOW+ Resellers to offer their customers a flexible, cost saving and environmentally friendly solution for purchasing or leasing water dispensing units for their business.
Offering the VOW Water Coolers not only helps VOW+ Resellers take advantage of the expected future growth in the market but helps to distinguish themselves as a true business solutions provider by offering cost reductions and tangible benefits to the customers.

e-Audit
VOW’s e-Audit service enables Resellers to more easily and quickly conduct a full audit of a potential customer’s historical spend by simply scanning their invoices and sending the documents to service partner, Digital Mail Room, who then return the information in a spreadsheet. eAudit saves Resellers the laborious task of extracting line level data from paper or PDF invoices and transforming into a spreadsheet format.
The service is available to VOW+ Resellers on pay-as-you-go or a monthly contract plan.
